We accept returns under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect Order Delivered: If the delivered order is different from what was requested.
• Damaged or Spoiled Food: If the food is damaged during delivery or is spoiled.
• Quality Issues: If the food does not meet the promised quality standards.

We offer replacements for eligible returns under the following conditions:

• At least 90% of the food quantity must remain for a replacement request to be approved.
• Replacements will be issued for the same item initially ordered.

• Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 60 minutes of delivery.
