You agree not to upload or share content that is harmful, illegal, obscene, abusive, misleading, or infringes on rights. Activities such as impersonation, hacking, or attempting unauthorized access are strictly prohibited.

All prices are displayed in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. Prices may change without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing the total payable before confirming an order.

We strive to deliver your order in 40 to 60 minutes subject distance from your order place to order receiving points. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery estimates are provided during checkout.

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If requesting a replacement, at least 90% of the item must remain, and the issue must be reported within 60 minutes along with photo evidence.

Returns or replacements will be offered only in the following cases:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Spoiled or damaged food
- Quality not as promised
 

Requests must meet the conditions mentioned in section 9.
